These Terms govern your use of the Campquiz.com service ("Service"), operated by Campquiz.com ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you confirm you are of legal age and have authority to bind any organization you represent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must not misuse the Service. This includes: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property, transmitting malware, probing or scraping, or interfering with security or other users.
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
